1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty extends to the original purchaser of our playground equipment and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service when installed and maintained according to our published guidelines.

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions)

This Limited Warranty does not cover, and [Your Company Name] is not responsible for, any of the following:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, minor chipping, or scratching of powder-coat finishes; natural weathering of materials; normal abrasion on slide beds.
• Improper Installation: Any damage or failure resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions, including improper use of concrete footings, anchoring, or assembly.
• Improper Use or Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, neglect, accident, or exceeding the stated weight capacity or user age group.
• Lack of Maintenance: Failure to perform routine inspections and maintenance as outlined in the provided maintenance guide (e.g., re-torquing bolts, checking for wear, lubricating moving parts).
• Acts of Nature: Damage caused by storms, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters or events beyond our control.
• “Acts of God”
• Consequential or Incidental Damages: We are not liable for any other expenses or damages resulting from a product defect, including labor costs for removal or installation, travel costs, or down-time of the playground.
