Are your indoor playground equipment products safe? Do you have any certifications?
We have CE, TUV EN1176, ASTM, ISO, SGS certificates.
Are these indoor playground equipment devices suitable for long-term use? Are they easily damaged?
Our indoor playground equipment is designed for high-frequency use. All soft-covered materials of the soft body adopt the same level of wear-resistant materials as outdoor inflatable bounces, and the surface is specially treated with fire prevention, which is durable and easy to clean. The useage can be more than 10 years, and the materials have been tested for fire prevention and durability friction.
What indoor playground equipment themes do you have? Can I customize a theme?
We currently have classic themes such as jungle, castle, ocean, space, snow, etc. Of course, you can also customize the theme according to your requirements for patterns, colors, functions,dimension etc.
Do you include indoor playground equipment installation?
We offer two installation options:
First, the product is small in size and easy to install. We suggest that customers install it by themselves. We will provide an installation manual, which includes relevant installation drawings, installation steps, installation precautions, and photos and videos of our trial installation in the factory. Of course, you can also ask us to install it on site on the condition that you agree to pay all the expenses of the technician.
For the second type of products, which are relatively large and difficult to install, we will send technicians to install them on site. The customer needs to bear the corresponding expenses, such as the daily salary of the technicians, the round-trip tickets, the round-trip transportation expenses, and all the expenses for the technicians’ food and accommodation.
