90% of our products export to abroad every year. Our mainly market are Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, America and Middle East.
Where is your factory located?
Wenzhou City is where our factory situated. Wenzhou International Airport is the closest airport to us. It will take an hour to fly to Shanghai airport and an hour and a half to fly to Guangzhou airport.
Can I visit Kidsplayplay Toy production facility?
It is obvious. Visits to our factory can be scheduled through our sales department. To ensure your safe and timely arrival at our plant, we will arrange for a dedicated vehicle to get you from the airport or train station. In our showroom, you may view authentic photos of indoor playgrounds, trampoline parks, and outdoor playgrounds.
How can I be your agent in my country?
You need to write a report about the market for our products in your nation. And we’ll tell you what your yearly goals are so you can reach them. We then check and sign the agent’s agreement.

Can i make the customize design?
Yes, all our models on website just the sample design, we can make the customized designs
according to your location details,the CAD drawing of location will be more helpful.

How many days you can finish the design if we send the layout of location?
1-3 days. Also We will revise design If you would like to change something.
Can the Indoor Playground and Outdoor Playground Equipment can be customized?
Yes. Please send us a autoCAD file or a simple drawing of your play area with precise dimensions, and let us know the color, theme and so forth that you prefer.
How is the quality of the Indoor Playground and Outdoor Playground Equipment?
All of the indoor playground are produced strictly in line with EU standards. Here we have skilled and experienced technicians working for us. Some of the advanced machines are imported from germany. And besides, we have Quality Control System that ensures the high-quality of the products.
Is it difficult to install? Do you have installation manual? Or do you send your own workers over to help install the Indoor Playgound ? What's the cost?
The installtion manual will be sent when the Indoor Playground is completed. If you found it difficult to install and asked us for help, we’ll be glad to be at your service. The installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract.

How long does it take to get a plan or design?
It all depends on how big your playground is. It usually takes three business days to finish an overall design.
What warranty and maintenance Kidsplayplay Toy supply?
All our goods have a 3-year warranty. Kidsplayplay Toy guarantees all products are detect-free for three years. If the items break while the buyer is following the technical manuals or the seller’s instructions, the seller will replace them at the buyer’s request during the guarantee period.
